Move mesh inertia specification from global <compiler> to <asset/mesh>.

Browse Source 
Three options:
- Convex: Use convex hull
- Exact: Use exact geometry (requires watertight mesh)
- Legacy: Legacy approximation (deprecated)

Fixes #2152
