## Runtime bootstrap strategy

2. If import fails, run `scripts/install.sh`.
3. Activate skill paths (`eval "$(scripts/with_skill.sh --print-env)"`).
4. Import skill-local cases from `simplecad_self_evolve_cases.evolve`.
