Haroon Qureshi 398e3dcf15 Use mj_parseXMLString instead of a test-specific LoadFromModelString. 
This removes the need for a custom mjResourceProvider, but does require
reimplementing part of mj_loadXML in the fixture.

Haroon Qureshi 765bd54c7c Move GlobalModel class and functionality into its own file. 
We'll need some of this functionality for tests.
