# Requirements

- req_001: Create one connected round flange in millimetres with a 120 mm outer diameter, 12 mm thickness, and one centered 40 mm through bore.

- Assumption: The flange is rotationally symmetric about its center axis.

- Assumption: Outer diameter is measured across the circular outer boundary in the plane of the flange.
