Explicitly add const_cast. This doesn't change the previous behaviour, just makes it explicit.

For the MJCF -> USD plugin, and I suspect other usecases for user values, it's necessary to give ownership of the object to Mujoco. However since they get type erased, we can't clean up the data automatically for the user. Instead this allows c++ clients to provide a cleanup function with their data.

This can happen when a body is detached without compiling or recompiling.
Also added error catching when trying to delete a body instead of detaching it.

Note:
- Move compiler options into `mjsCompiler` struct.
- The compiler options from the attached model are not written by mj_SaveXML.

The qposadr_ and dofadr_ variables of the joints were not being reset to -1 when a joint is copied. This could lead to errors when calling mj_recompile after attaching a compiled spec.

This is a no-op change for keyframes but it shows an example of behavior.
Also, fixed two bugs:
- Missing namespace when attaching frames.
- Incorrect body id and subtreedof when attaching a compiled spec. Fixes#2063.

This CL adds error handling to the mj_recompile function. If the recompile fails, the function will return -1 and set the error message in the spec. The Python wrapper for mj_recompile will catch the error and raise a ValueError exception.

Limitations:
- Supports attaching a single keyframe. If multiple keyframes are present in the child, only the first one will be attached.
- Does not support time, ctrl, mpos, mquat.
- If mjs_detachBody is used, all keyframes are removed.

The bug was caused by the fact that the `mjs_as*` functions would return a pointer to a `mjC*` object, even if the input `mjsElement` pointer was null. This would cause a segfault.
