In case a query outside is performed, add SDF gradient computation using finite differences.
For SDFs generated from meshes, when the query point lies outside of the bounding box, the gradient provided by SdfLib ignores the SDF and is equivalent to the gradient of the distance from the bounding box, causing local minima in the contact point optimization. This CL increased the size of the bounding boxes and replaces the SdfLib gradient with a finite difference approximation of the gradient if a point lies outside it.

SdfLib returns the sum of the distance from a given point to the bounding box and a saved minimum distance from the surface over the whole box boundary. This underestimates the true distance and can cause spurious contacts and jittering. This CL performs a box projection of points outside the bounding box and adds the distance of the original point from the box to the distance of the projected point to the surface. This overestimates the true distance and avoids spurious collisions.

The plugin was storing a boolean to indicate whether the previous ctrl value was set in `act`. Use d->time == 0 instead.

Increased tolerance above zero in nutbolt.xml since now the two parts lock otherwise. Measured speedup of 2x in this example.
This solves the issue of scale-dependent step sizes. Tested on gears with 10cm diameter and 2cm thickness.

- Added new `cable` composite type:
* The `initial` parameter specifies the joint at the starting boundary: `free`, `ball`, or `none`.
* The boundary bodies are exposed with the names:`B_left` and `B_right`.
* The vertex initial positions can be specified directly in the XML with the parameter `vertex`.
* The orientation of the body frame **is** the orientation of the material frame of the curve.
- Added new `cable` passive force plugin:
* Twist and bending stiffness can be set separately with the parameters `twist` and `bend`.
* The stress-free configuration can be set to be the initial one or flat with the flag `flat`.
* New cable example showing the formation of plectoneme.
* New coil example.
* New belt example showing interaction between twist and anisotropy.
* Added test using cantilever exact solution.
